On Monday March 25, 2024, Pariche Nicole Fortenberry, went to be with our Lord at the age of 32. Memorial services will be held at a later date to celebrate the life and legacy that he leaves behind. He is now reunited with his parents Sue Burnette Taylor and Glenn Burnette both of Carriere, Ms. He is survived by his children Elizabeth Burnette of Fulton, Ms., Shawn Fremin of Juneau, Ak., Nicholas Alonzo of Bristol, Va., Cortlyn Burnette of Poplarville, Ms., and Lawson Burnette of Poplarville, Ms., 4 grandchildren Jasper Stevens, Isabelle Stevens both of Picayune, Ms., and Katie Harris and Sebastian Burnette of Fulton, Ms., his brother Joey Burnette (wife Paula), his sister Janice Rester (husband Christoper) of Carriere, Ms., and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews, and nieces. ![]() ![]() He loved working on motors in his spare time and on anything mechanically that he could tinker with. passed away peacefully in the presence of his family. On Wednesday, March 27, 2024, Michael Glenn Burnette, age 52 of Carriere, Ms. Memorial services for Patricia will be held at a later date. She is now reunited with her husband Melvin Standridge and her parents Frank and Mary Batton. (Samantha), great grandchildren Madeline (Alex), Victoria, Joshua, Kayden, Aubrey, Elijah, Peyton, Dakota, Ava, Vernon III, Ariel, Jasmine, and Harper, and 4 great great grandchildren Blaire, Breelyn, Miles, and Beau. (Tiffany), Theresa Standridge (Greg), Ricky Standridge (Ashley), Brittany Standridge, Amanda Orange (Casey), and Vernon Orange Jr. She is survived by her two sons Richard Standridge (Sheila) and Gregory Standridge, her grandchildren Sabrina Gerchow (Dustin), Terry Gilchrist Jr. Patricia loved reading and drawing, she loved to travel in her younger days, and enjoyed time out shopping. On Saturday March 30, 2024, Patricia Standridge, age 81 of Slidell, LA passed away in the comfort of her own home. Memorial services will be held at a later date. He is now reunited with his parents Edsol and Madeline Pittman, his son James Hammons, and his siblings Jimmy Barthel and Debra Bennett. He is survived by his daughter Samantha Pittman, his sisters Vickie Pittman, Brenda Graves, Cheryl Baylis, and Kathy Quirk, his grandchildren Dane Hammons, Mariella Mitchell, Marcello, and George and a host of nieces and nephews. He loved being on the river enjoying life and working on cars in his spare time. On Saturday, April 6, 2024, Edward Pittman, age 69 of Pearl River, LA went to be with our Lord after his brief battle with cancer. Jim will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who knew him. Williams Funeral Home in Pearl River, LA, is assisting with the arrangements. He was a member of Magnolia Baptist Church in Covington, LA, where a service will be held on April 10, 2024. Jim enjoyed deep-sea fishing and working on electronics. He was preceded in death by his father, Edgar Hanna, and mother, Bobbie Hanna. He is survived by his wife, Nancy Hanna daughters, Kimberly Bonham and Christine Page son-in-law, James Bonham and Andrew Page grandchildren, Alexa Bonham, Kayleigh Bonham, and Anderson Page brother, Dale Hanna sister-in-law, Judy Festa-Hanna sister, Marlar Guy. Jim, a loving and devoted husband, father, and grandfather, spent 20 years serving in the Coast Guard. Jim "James Edgar" Hanna, 65, of Beaufort, SC, passed away on April 8, 2024, in Slidell, Louisiana.
